Vanessa Motley Coleman is a seasoned brand leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling consumer brands across beauty, personal care, baby, and fashion. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, Partnerships at A-Frame Brands, where she leads strategic partnerships and brand expansion initiatives, helping established companies identify growth opportunities and bring new, brand-accretive products to market.
Prior to A-Frame, Vanessa was part of the leadership team at The RealReal (NASDAQ: REAL) during its high-growth phase, helping guide the company through its initial public offering, and previously headed Client Experience at Weddington Way (acquired by Gap Inc.). She brings a deeply consumer-centric perspective informed by operational rigor and cross-functional leadership, and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
